Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

Inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has been received by us. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You only have to bear the cost of any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
